A short description of your workflow makes technical problems easier to reproduce. If you attach a screenshot, check first that it doesn't show anything private.

Why does TapQuoise need Accessibility Service access?

TapQuoise uses Android's Accessibility Service to perform the taps, swipes and long presses you configure in your workflows, to take one-shot screenshots for Template Capture and Test Trigger, and to detect Volume Up and Volume Down presses for its pause and stop controls. It does not read on-screen text or inspect app elements.

Why does TapQuoise need permission to display over other apps?

This permission allows TapQuoise to display its floating workflow controls and target markers while you are using another Android app.

Why does TapQuoise ask to capture my screen?

When an Image Workflow runs, TapQuoise uses Android's screen capture to compare the screen with the image templates you created. Android asks you to approve it before each new capture session, and capture ends when you stop or close the workflow.

Why are visual features unavailable on my device?

Visual template capture requires Android 11 or later. Other TapQuoise functionality may remain available on older supported Android versions (Android 8.0 or later).

What does Gesture spacing do?

Gesture spacing, in Settings › Automation, is an extra delay between automated gestures. At the default of 0 ms, TapQuoise sends the next gesture as soon as Android confirms the previous one has finished; gestures never overlap. If an app misses very fast taps, try a higher value. 100 ms matches earlier versions of TapQuoise.

Does TapQuoise upload my screenshots?

No. TapQuoise processes screen images on your device and does not currently upload screen captures, live frames, templates or workflow contents to Evolazul. Template Capture and Test Trigger use one-shot screenshots; Image Workflows use Android's screen capture while they are running or paused, and Android asks you to approve it before each new capture session.

What is free, and what does TapQuoise Pro add?

Manual workflows are free and unlimited, and so are creating and editing Image Workflows, capturing image templates and using Test Trigger. Running an Image Workflow live includes 60 free minutes of runtime for each installation of the app. TapQuoise Pro removes that limit. It is sold through Google Play as a Monthly subscription, an Annual subscription or a Lifetime one-time purchase.

How do I manage, cancel or restore TapQuoise Pro?

Monthly and Annual subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play. Uninstalling TapQuoise does not cancel a subscription. If you reinstall TapQuoise or move to another device, use Restore Purchases in the app to check the purchases linked to your Google Play account. Refunds are handled through Google Play.

How do I delete my TapQuoise data?

TapQuoise stores its data on your device. You can delete workflows and templates in the app, clear TapQuoise's storage in Android's app settings, or uninstall the app. Evolazul can't delete this data remotely because we don't receive it.
