Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The website and TapQuoise are operated by Evolazul Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17441239). Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@evolazul.com.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, overload it, or gain unauthorised access to it or to anything connected to it. The website is provided for general information about Evolazul and TapQuoise, and we try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it is always complete or error-free.

3. Your licence to use TapQuoise

Subject to these terms, Evolazul grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use TapQuoise on Android devices that you own or control, for your own use. TapQuoise is licensed, not sold. If you get TapQuoise through Google Play, Google's own terms also apply to your use of Google Play, and they are between you and Google.

You must not copy, modify or distribute TapQuoise, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent the law allows you to do so despite this restriction.

4. TapQuoise Pro and purchases

What is free. Manual workflows are free and unlimited. Creating and editing Image Workflows, capturing image templates and using Test Trigger are also free. Running an Image Workflow live, which means TapQuoise watching the screen for your image, includes a free allowance of 60 minutes of runtime for each installation of the app.

What Pro unlocks. TapQuoise Pro removes the limit on live Image Workflow runtime, so that you can keep running Image Workflows after the free allowance is used.

How you can buy it. TapQuoise Pro is sold through Google Play as a Monthly subscription, an Annual subscription or a Lifetime one-time purchase. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy.

Subscriptions. Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling TapQuoise does not cancel it. Normally, if you cancel a subscription through Google Play, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.

Lifetime. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Buying it does not automatically cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription you already have. If you have one and no longer want it to renew, you need to cancel it in Google Play.

Restoring purchases. If you reinstall TapQuoise or move to another device, you can use Restore Purchases in the app. This checks the purchases linked to your Google Play account. To do this, TapQuoise sends limited purchase information to a server operated by Evolazul, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Payment and refunds. Purchasing, payment and billing are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund process and policies. Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract (see section 9).

Price changes. We may change the prices of TapQuoise Pro. A change applies to future purchases and renewals, not to a period you have already paid for, and is subject to Google Play's rules for price changes and to applicable law.

5. You are responsible for your automation

TapQuoise carries out the workflows, actions, triggers and timing that you configure. It does not decide for itself what to do. That means you are responsible for how you set it up and use it, and for what it does on your device. Please check your workflows before running them, keep an eye on them while they run, and use the pause and stop controls if something is not right.

Please do not rely on TapQuoise for anything where a mistake or missed tap could cause harm, such as safety, medical or financial tasks.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use TapQuoise:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to help anyone else break the law;
• to deceive, defraud or cheat anyone, or to gain an unfair or unauthorised advantage over other people;
• to get around security measures or access controls, or to access anything you are not authorised to access; or
• in a way that interferes with, damages or overloads any device, app or service.

Many apps and online services have their own rules, and some do not allow automated taps or similar tools. You are responsible for checking and following the terms and rules of any app or service you automate. Using automation with them may have consequences, such as restrictions on your account, and those are outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

Evolazul owns, or has the right to use, the intellectual property in TapQuoise and in this website, including the software, design, text and graphics. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you, other than the licence in section 3.

The workflows and image templates you create remain yours, but you are responsible for making sure that you are entitled to capture and use any images you save as templates. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their owners.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue TapQuoise or parts of it, and the website, for example to fix problems, improve them or comply with the law. We do not promise that TapQuoise will work with every device, Android version or app, that it will always run at exact times, or that it will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be taken away by contract.

Subject to that, TapQuoise and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not give warranties beyond those that the law requires. We are not responsible for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for losses caused by how you configure or use TapQuoise, by the behaviour of other apps or services you automate, or by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using TapQuoise at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we need to do so to comply with the law. If that happens, you must stop using TapQuoise and uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as those on intellectual property and our responsibility to you, will continue after your licence ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when TapQuoise or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date. If you keep using TapQuoise or the website after an update, the updated terms will apply to that use.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, in each case subject to the paragraph below.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory rights that you have under the law of the country where you live, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
